Eight Plates is an Inn and local watering hole in the Commercial District of Balmora. The patrons here are mainly House Hlaalu retainers on break. Several of them sneer at House Redoran. The Publican Dulnea Ralaal offers drinks and sundries for sale as well beds for rent.
